While I've gotten my family to cut back (I have a huge family), I can't seem to get my spouse's family to cut back. That amount is almost $1400 Cdn. which is my Christmas budget for 4 kids, and other family members. The rest of the year birthday, holiday, etc gifts come out of our regular budget.
