I rushed around the supermarket again this week – I didn’t even do a My Supermarket check before going – and so this grocery haul wasn’t very planned. This week I will do better!

On our menu plan this week:

It’s a simple menu plan this week. On Thursday everyone is on a different schedule and so its grab what you can night!

April Grocery Budget* £250 :: Spent so far £66.73 :: Leftover £183.27
Coupons and Points used £0.00

* B is home from university for a few weeks and has given me £50 towards food, so I’ve upped the budget for April.

In 2014 my husband & I downsized our home to speed up our quest for Financial Freedom. We swapped our large three bed house, for a small two bed apartment to clear our mortgage and give us enough budget freedom to travel and still save for the future. Our dream, after achieving Financial Freedom, is to spend part of every year living abroad.

    I was drooling over the picture, but as they don’t seem to enlarge for me anymore I went over to watch the Grocery Haul video …. big mistake there are SOOOOOOO many of them, yours AND other peoples, if I go missing you will know where to find me ;-)

  2. Nice to have a boost to the budget!

  3. So healthy! All those veggies and no meat. I sadly have meat as, more or less, the cornerstone of most shopping trips. And beer.

    Super healthy. (And reading the comment above…so glad I’m not the only one counting beer as a staple at the moment!!)
