NO MORE SPENDING

My budget is £200 a month for 2/3 people. I grocery shop once a week and keep a stockpile of items that we use on a regular basis.

Items purchased this week:

Grocery Haul

Total Spend: £82.91

Meat & Fish £29.75

Freezer £15.44

Dairy £13.33

Cupboard £11.32

Fruit & Veg £13.92

Sorry for such a big list! I had planned to add in more pictures, but somehow lost most of them!

Bill breakdown:

Cost of products £94.79
Service Charge £2.00
Promotions (£11.03)
Coupons (£2.85)
Total Cost £82.91

Lots purchased this week, but the freezer was empty after the holidays! I still need to buy a few household items this weekend, and then I’ll be sticking to a £20 a week budget for the rest of January.

Budget £200 :: Spent £82.91 :: Leftover £117.09

I always enjoy reading your posts about shopping Laura. I know, very strange behaviour, especially if it is accompanied by a photo too :)

We have done our meal planning for the month and January could be a low (ish) spending month, probably because I went mad with the spending in December.

    Thanks for your constant inspiration.

    • It’s not strange behaviour lol – I love grocery posts too!
This seemed like a.lot. of shopping but the freezer was practically empty. Good luck this month x

  2. You shop so well. Everything looks healthy and balanced, and at good deals, too. Well done!

  3. Hi Laura,
    LOVE These posts!
    Happy new year.
Need to go and get some healthy food like you have now as my Christmas binge on ‘junk’ food needs to stop!
I am just in the process of adding a manual link to your site from my new blogroll page

    • Hi Stacey! We still have loads of chocolate in the house – which I’m trying to avoid – I’m not sure where it all comes from!
      Happy New Year x
