We’re trying to throw all our spare money into the house repair account this month to pay for two, much needed, new windows…which have their own air conditioning, i.e., let the wind through!! Our house sometimes feels a bit like this.
The windows are quite big and the cost to replace them is £1,958! I might have to juggle the money around when the time comes to pay for them, I’ll have to see.
I’m attending a little blog meet in London at the end of the month, so apart from that, it’s another month of conscious spending.

Hi Jane…Holly at Shopaholly arranged it…it’s two days in London and should be brilliant. Some of us have been talking on twitter/blogging together for years so it’ll be great to meet each other in person. If you arrange one in Ontario give me some notice and I’ll be on a plane!!
It would be great to meet in person – it might seem a little weird but I really feel “connected” to my fellow bloggers, you included. I have way more interactions with friends in cyberspace than in the real world! I can get on the computer any time night or day but arranging get togethers with my local friends can be a nightmare. Right now we’re trying to pick a date in APRIL to go out for dinner but everyone has different obligations and it’s hard to find a night we are all free!
Oh, and GREAT PROGRESS on your net worth!!
