Menu Plan Monday {The freezer is my friend}

This weeks menu plan is straight from the freezer, which should save me some money; hubby is away working for two days and my youngest is a football {soccer} camp for a couple of days, so it's an easy week.

Monday: Fish & Chips
Tuesday: Pasta and meat sauce
Wednesday: Scrambled Eggs {just me for dinner}
Thursday: Soup & Roll {just me again}
Friday: Veggie Pizza and Salad
Saturday: Bacon Clubs {BLT's}
Sunday: Vegetable Curry {Jamie Oliver}

Nothing fancy this week!

Last weeks Macaroni Cheese was a bit hit, although I will be trying a different recipe next time.

  1. Funnily enough we had Macaroni Cheese tonight for dinner and it was a huge hit, I am trying to cut my grocery bill down and have decided to have a couple of meat free nights every week.

  2. Hi Maureen, I've noticed that my grocery budget is a lot easier to keep too now that we've cut out meat a couple of times a week.

  3. I have been wanting to do a meatless night as well but my meat and potatoes husband has been objecting. A mac and cheese night sounds like a plan!

  4. Enjoy the week alone. Sometimes it's relaxing just cooking for one!
