Household monthly budget items: costs and reductions

I started out by listing every single thing we pay for {I'm sure that they'll be things I missed, but I'm hoping not}.  I then I took a decision on the possibility of reducing the cost or eliminating the cost.  Some things I left well alone, like hubby's golf fees etc; he has a personal allowance every month and it's his to use as he wishes; this is how we work our finances and it works really well for us.

Here's the list of items left to budget for {with reductions, if any}; next week I'll post about the stuff I've eliminated.
