Finances:
- Reduce debt by £1,000
- Earn £100 in extra income (reduced as I've been struggling to make £200 lately)
- Stick to using cash
- Keep grocery spending under £180
Health & Fitness:
- Lose 8lbs (Lost 5lbs in June)
- Increase fruit and vegetable intake (at least 7 items a day)
I'm printing these goals out to serve as a constant reminder.
