300 Days To Go Until Debt Free Living..

....and after today the total stands at £10,435.

My original debt, in March 2005, was £45,023 and in June 2007 I blogged about how much this was in different currencies.

March 2005: Original Debt £45,023 = US $89,676 = CAN $94,929

June 2007: Debt £29,033 = US $57,857 =CAN $61,246

Today, 4 years and a few exchange rate differences later:

March 2009: Debt £10,435 = US $14,799 = CAN $18,910

At times it's been a hard slog, but I'm finally getting there, and you can to. Just keep going and if it takes 5 years, then it takes 5 years. It'll be so worth it in the end.

  8. Amazing! Paying off that debt is going to feel so good. Many years ago I had $17,000 (Canadian) in student debt, and paying that loan off felt fabulous. Your progress is very inspiring!
