Extra Money Earned January: £243.95

I've set a target of generating £2,009 in extra income earned in 2009, which if I do will add another 8% to my income. I'm using this money for anything outside of my normal budget, which for February will be a passport renewal for my daughter and some costs for a school trip she's taking in April.

January breakdown:
  • Amazon sales £21.69
  • Blog Income £127.97
  • Cashback sites £36.18
  • Interest £3.11
  • Side Income £55.00

Total £243.95/£2,009

I'm a long way off from making lots of passive income, £3.11 is not going to get me very far, but it is a start. The main thing is to start thinking of other ways to make money besides your salary.

  2. Hey that's fantastic. I didn't snowflake anything this month. I've been too busy at work for a life! I hope next month is even better for you.

  4. I love the idea of passive income too. I'm right there with you with only around $5 a month right now - but you gotta start somewhere - right?
