November Net Worth + £2,539

For some reason I forgot to post our Net Worth figures last month, although I did update them on Networth IQ.

Assets:
Home: £185,000
Cash: £3,600
Stocks: £710

Total Assets = £189,310

Liabilities:
Mortgage: £126,273
Credit Cards: £0
Loans: £13,476

Total Liabilities = £139,749

Assets up £990 (fully funded ISA)
Liabilities down £1,549
Mortgage decreased by £380
Net Worth increased by £2,539 + 5.4% on October
Net Worth £49,561

Our Final Pensions payable at 65 are worth £6,900 pa at April 2007

I've still not updated the value of our house for a couple of reasons. One, we're not moving for at least three years and two, it's too depressing.

  2. But if you didn't update the value of your home, isn't that net worth number incorrect? :)

Just asking. Not trying to depress you.

The increase is a positive however, and the sign of good times to come. People everywhere are reporting increases as well.
