Budget Buster in November

Part of the reason I'm not following my monthly budgets up with my monthly spending is because I keep overspending. In November I gave myself an amount of £100 for a new outfit for a work conference and a trip to London. The trip to London didn't happen, but the shopping for a dress etc did.

I ended up spending £133.65 on a dress, wrap and nylons. Over budget! I find it really hard to shop for evening wear, especially dresses, and the conference was getting nearer and nearer, so when I found one that fitted perfectly I had to get it.

I will have to reduce my Christmas budget by £33.65 to compensate for the overspend.
