No credit card debt

I've realised today that I've now had 3 whole months without credit card debt. Surprisingly I don't miss it!
The transition has been painless, I don't even think about using credit cards anymore. I could put 10 cards in my purse tomorrow and I still wouldn't use them. This is progress.

I try not to reflect on the fact that it took over 20 years to get to this point. But better late than never I say. Now I need to cut the frivolous spending on my debit card and I'm home and dry:)

  2. Definitely better late than never! I should know LOL took me about 15 years to figure it out myself.

  3. that is the best change, one that happens gradually. I've done the same, I used to put things on the CC to "save" money, now I've learned to budget my money better so that I pay cash for everything.
