The goal for 2008 is simple
- Clear £15,000 in debt
I only (!!!) have debt in two places now, Loan 1 and Loan 2, I think this will help with focus. I'm going to attack Loan 1 first. The current balance is £10,700 however this will reduce at bit more next week when I get paid. The first aim of 2008 is to clear this as soon as possible and then start on Loan 2.
I'm currently trying to do a new budget for 2008 with every possible thing I can think of built in. I'm hoping that food and grocery prices stop increasing as it's getting harder to keep within budget with these. It's a good job the kids like pasta:)

ReplyDeletehave you read Dave Ramseys Total Money Make Over? I just finished it and am planning on reading portions of it again. It's a bit American centric (that's to be expected) but he has some really great ideas for managing money. the one I like was focus on one thing and one thing only.
