It all went a bit off track this week. I’ve been working long hours which has led to the stress levels rising, the spending diary lapsing and the menu planner not even looked at!!
Will update later with the level of damage caused. I’m so mad at myself even though I don’t think its too bad.

we all fall of the ‘budgeting wagon’ from time to time, I often find myself having a splurge or buying something I shouldn’t if I’ve been stressed or busy at work (today is a good example, I was so tired after working late last night I went and bought breakfast and a latte this morning, spent £5 before I’d even reached my office!) so don’t beat yourself up about it, i’m sure the damage isn’t that bad and once you’ve worked out what you have/haven’t spent you can re focus your plans and start again Monday! (which I always end up doing after an expensive weekend!)
